Terms of Service
Service scope: PDFTransfer provides an online PDF to Word service that currently works best with PDFs containing copyable text. Scanned/image PDFs are OCR-supported (first 5 pages, Chinese + English); complex tables and exact layout restoration are still not guaranteed. Make sure you have the right to upload and convert the relevant files.
Purchases and license codes: credit packs and Pro licenses are one-time purchases and are not renewed automatically. A license code is generated after successful payment and can be used across devices and recovered. Once a license code has been generated and used for this digital service, refunds are judged manually based on the specific payment status and usage.
Limits of liability: the service is provided as-is, and conversion results may differ depending on PDF structure. You must check the content and formatting of converted documents yourself. For payment or license code issues, contact support@pdftransfer.net.
